Trouble shooting Every time I put a dvd in wrond disc shows up on the tv screen what does this mean and what can I do to get this sissue resolved

    my sungale says no disc when there is a disc in the player.

I had the same problem with this unit (as well as my Samsung). I fixed the problem by unpluging it, opening it up and wiping the lens with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Then I ran a dry swab across it and gave everything (lens included) a few jolts of compressed air. Worked perfectly.

I almost through these two units out and bought new ones!

I had the same problem with a Sungale 2030 DVD player and the suggestion from the service rep at the factory was to unplug the unit for "a day or two". I unplugged it for 24 hours and low and behold it workes again. Hope it works for you.

try cleaning lens with lens cleaner CD or DVD with liquid. if problem remains , that means lens is broken. you have to change it. some dvd players plays only vcds, no dvd. becose the dvd section in the lense is broken. best of luck..

MY DVD PLAYER SAYS WROND DISC WHEN I TRY TO PLAY A DVD
Remove the dvd cover and clean the lens whith a cotton sprinkler softly.
Try play it again, if the trouble persist, watch that the disc is turning with good speed.
if the disc do not turn or it is turning slow, change the motor turn disc, in countermove change the pick up laser.

make sure the cables are connected correctly, the manual will show that.
If the mwr20v6 has a tuner you must have the channel on the dvd set to the program, if it has no tuner, you must have your tv set to the correct channel.

DVD PLAYER PROBLEM
Sounds like a common problem with this trutech brand. There are some possibilities. 1. Laser could be worn out, 2 it could be a bad cable coming from the laser. 3 The home switch for the laser to come all the way back to its "HOME" position could be bad. But usually if this is the case, the disc won't spin at all. And 4th, the spindle motor that spins the disc could be worn out. Causing the disc not to spin fast enough and thus causing an error.
