It depends on the model number of you machine (look at the label underneath the machine). It it is model 90966, 93029 or 93034 then it will work with the Vista driver - if it is not one of those models then it is NOT supported by the Vista driver.

Installing Dymo software on Vista can be a real nightmare if you fail installation at first time.
Call
Dymo customer support, they will follow you step by step, ask you to
download dymo uninstaller for your model, and tell you how to clean
registry. They got used to this.

And click the 2nd icon along (XP/Vista Drivers), make sure to read the documentation before trying the driver as only some 300 series labelwriters are supported. If you specific model number (label on the underside of the printer) is not listed then it will not work under Vista.

Quite a lot of the early LW400's didn't ship with the Vista driver/software. You can download the correct Vista driver from here:
