Wireless switch i'm trying to connect my fujitsu laptop to wireless but there is a switch on it and i can't find it

I'm not sure where the switch is but to enable the wireless connection, you could go to the control panel>network and internet, in the left hand menu choose, Change adapter settings, right click on your wireless network connection and click enable.

Use another machine to download latest drivers from the following site: http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/com/support/downloads.html Search for
Device Driver - Intel® PRO/Wireless LAN 2200 BG - LIFEBOOK S7010
or alternatively use the Deskupdate to auto update all drivers for your S7010
Save the zip files to a USB key. Turn the wireless connection off using the switch at the front of your laptop. Unzip and install the new drivers. You should be good to go from here.

Tyr pressing Fn and f1 button or the combination or Fn and F2 it will turn the wireless ON on the laptop, then you will be able to see your router or modem's wireless connection and will be able to connect

I think you just need to setup a new network/wireless connection. That or just enable the wireless connection you have or search for an available one and yours should come on the list.

You did not state which laptop model you have. Here is a list of the most common key strokes or switches:

do you have an Fn button(function) the letters Fn are usually a different colour.If so you need to hold it down and then press the wireless button.The wireless button should have the same coloured letters or symbol looks like an aerial

On some of the Amilo Models, the Wi-Fi button is actually a key combination on the keyboard. Have a look for a key with the wireless symbol on it - looks a bit like an antenna, and hold Fn while you press that key. Your Wireless should come back on.

Fujitsu's can be odd, cause the hardware button (mentioned above) doesn't actually disable the driver in Windows, just turns it off so no connections appear.
