Your monitor is beleiving it is not receiving any signal from your pc. 1 make sure your cables are secure. 2 make sure your pc is on. 3 borrow a monitor from a freind to see if your pc is sending the signal out, if the borrowewed monitor is showing a picture, hook yours back up. 4 if still not picture your mpcb or video pcb in the monitor is bad.

When I turn on computer, the blue light comes on and the computer makes sounds as if it is starting and the monitor light is yellow. If I turn the monitor off and then back on, the screen says something...

No input usually indicates the machine is having trouble getting a video signal from the monitor. Check and make sure the monitor cable is connected properly. If you have another monitor also test the machine with another monitor.

Still having trouble with EMachines T3882

I feel your pain. I finally moved my pc to a room with no windows! But seriously, try a different monitor first. See if you can borrow someone's to just try it before you do anything else. If that borrowed monitor works fine, then you know what the problem is. (Which I believe is the problem.) By the way, what started all of your problems?

Blue tinted monitor screen

black and white tracking can vary in color depending on which color that the dispay is not getting enough of or to much of. In the case of it changing when you walk
in to the room, sugust that there is probably a loose connection or poor solder joint on the curicut board of the moniter. I don't suggust that you get inside the moniter and try to fix this due to dagerous voltage potential with in the moniter. Good luck
