Go to www.google.com and type: "Ibm Aptiva Support or Lenovo Support" in the search (without the quotes). Go to their drivers and download site, enter your computer's model and operating system. Look for Manuals or Documents on the site to download.
If I understand what you are asking, you want to boot from CD but the boot from cd/dvd at start up is not showing up. It sounds like you have set in your BIOS enable boot from CD/DVD, But to be able to boot from CD/DVD you need to "in your BIOS" go to drive manager or it could be called boot drive priority, something llike that and put the CD/DVD drive first or at least before your Hard Drive. That should make this show up for you now as long as its a bootable CD/DVD disk. Hope this helps.
Turn off power to the computer. Wait about 30 seconds. Hold down the F1 key while you turn on power and keep holding down that key until the setup screen comes up. Go to the network boot section and disable Network Boot. Save setting and restart. That should fix it.
If it's a desktop 98% of them all use the same power plug. Just call any local computer repair shop and they'll sell you one for hopefully no more than $5.
