I had this very same thing happen to me yesterday after listening to music with my headphones. After unplugging them, the speaker would no longer work nor the speakerphone.

After trying many things without success, I was finally able to resolve this by plugging back in the headphone cable and pushing the jack around a little bit to the side until I could hear sound.

I did this while trying to place an MP3 just to make it easier. So far this has worked fine. But now I am reluctant to use the headphones any more.
I know your post was several months ago so this may or may not be helpful.

How do I locate the sim card in a pantech Razzle phone

Verizon Wireless uses CDMA technology, which does not use SIM cards; account information is stored directly on the phone, and can not be changed or switched out as simply as a SIM card.

My razzle. headphones only to hear sound.

I sprayed WD40 on the headphone plug and put it in and out of the headphone jack on the phone a few times. It seems that the jack gets stuck when the headphones are plug in but doesn't go back when the headphones are removed.

I'm having the same problem. Try this, plug some headphones into your phone and then activate your music and while your music is playing unplug your headphones. It worked for me.

i had this happen to me recently and found out whats wrong the phones kinda slow and thinks the headphones are still plugged in and if you take out the battery and put it back in it saves that you had somthing plugged in and dosent help. For some people they can fix this as easily as plugging the headset back in and pulling it out slowly but for me this didnt work so what i did is, i turned on pocket tunes and you souldnt hear anything and make sure your sound is turned on, then take a small pin and stick it in the headphone jack and wiggle it around untill you hear somthing and then quickley pull out the pin.
Hope this helps

Vx8350 sound problems

I had this same problem once. See if the phone works fine with the headset plugged in. If so, then something is inside the jack that must be removed. I cleared mine by just rapidly plugging and unplugging the headset jack. Then blowing in the hole to clear any debris. It fixed it right up! Verizon had no clue, and was going to just send me a replacement phone.
