I have also had the same problem with 2 units. I have been in touch with Aube who say they have identfied a problem with the back unit which they will have fixed in " a few months time". My suggestion would be to contact them for a replacement later on this year
I've had the same problem - 2 TH132's going wrong. Do you have a contactor connected? If so, then the solution is to fit a 'snubber' which smooths the switching operation from the TH132 to the contactors coil. Without it, the contactor coil bounces and backfeeds to the stat, damaging the unit. Having now looked at the fitting instructions for the latest TH132AF I have, it does actually state that a snubber should be fitted. I spent this weekend tracking one down - you can find one here (about £6):

I have had the same problem with mine, i had a snubber fitted by my electrician when he fitted the unit from brand new as per the instructions and it still resets itself every night, i wake up in the morning with the unit flashing away and a cold floor because it didn't turn on the underfloor heating. Rubbish !!!!!!
My TH132-F has an error message H,does this unit have only one sensor
