SOURCE: How do i take flash off my camera?

Do you mean turn it off? I hope you do because you cannot physically remove it. Check the manual - but some cheaper cameras give you the flash whether you want it or not. Go to Tech Support at the web site there may a solution failing that I guess you could tape it over with insulating tape.

SOURCE: have not got laptop with windows 7 and cannot

You do not need Windows 7 - any functioning windows PC or Mac that can accept a USB cable should be able to see your camera's memory folders. Put the camera on and 1- On a PC they appear at Start/My computer/ and in a folder somewhere within E: or D: click on folders within folders to find and copy your photo folder manually. and paste it on your computer hard drive.
2.
On a Mac it appears on the desktop.

Try to download and use picasa to import photos.

Driver update windows 7

Do you really need a driver?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as the free Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

The power button of my Praktica Luxmedia 7303

I'm sorry. It was a false alarm. In fact the lead to the battery charger was faulty and the battery was not properly charged. By fiddling with it, we managed to recharge the battery fully and get the camera working.
