Hi, I have an Acer Aspire 5515 Laptop with Windows Vista. I wanted to logon to my Userprofile and it said: "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." I don't know what to do. Is there a way I can logon to my account. If not then what should I do? My laptop usually works without any problems. Thank you.

This isn't a password login problem - the User Profile Service service failed the logon because it's corrupted. Try to login in Safe Mode and access your account from there . If you can then retrieve all your files while you still can and prepare yourself for a reinstall.
If you can't then you will have to use a Linux Live-Cd like http://www.pclinuxos.com/?page_id=10 to recover your files before performing a full reinstall.
use F8 and go into sfae mode, this will load a default profile and will allow you to add a new user (to create a new profile).
Then you can logon in using the new profile.
Sounds like a vista problem. Have youtried to boot into safe mode? You can do that by oressing f8 during boot up and selecting safe mode from the menu.
If you can I would try to back up your docs, etc and maybe create a new user account.
There is also a boot repair in vista that I think comes up with the safe mode menu, so you might try that.
