do the proper isolation proceedure and try unhooking the Su from the SC board to see if you then get a normal picture all the way across the bottom half of the screen? I am assuming the Vertcal extends extends all the way from top to the bottom of the screen?

uninstall video driver reboot it should start on windows basic video drivers if it does and screen is good try reinstalling your original card drivers. or search on the net for updated ones
hi there, you do have a vertical section problem and at the power supply section problem. do some test, check for some cold solder at the power supply section, test some electrolytic capacitor at the vertical section. ty
