Hello and thank you for using Fixya's services.

First, check and make sure there is not a CD in the CDROM, flash drive plugged in or any other external attachments.

Secondly, check the battery. Try pulling the battery out and starting it just plugged into the wall.

Third, if you can see the bootup screen or anything else, then it may be a Windows (software) issue.

Please let me know if any of these work.

    When you turn it on, do any lights light up? Power, wireless, etc?

2005 chevy trailblazer - no cruise control and brake lights only work when key is turned off
I would check the turn signal switch. The cruise and turn signal are on the same switch. The brake lights go through the switch before going to the brake lights. And the turn signals don't work with the ignition off.

Turn Signals quit working
Sounds like the turn signal flasher is going bad. The easy way to find wher the flasher is hidden is turn the turn signal on and find the clicking, that is the flasher. The emergency flashers work fine because they use a different flasher.

Please clarify for me if both turn signals work correctly when the 4 ways are turned on or do they work together. If they work together than you need a new turn signal flasher. There are two, one for the for ways and another for the turn.
