You can oil all moving pieces that you can see, use a stainless oil for sewing machines. If you want to take your bottom off you can oil and grease the gears under there.
But I caution you to have a sewing machine repair shop do it for you, problems can be created if you oil and lube the wrong things.
You may be able to get it from Euro Pro or a generic/universal model from a sewing machine dealer. They may need to see the machine to determine the type socket needed.
