Where is it leaking steam from? If it is from the porta-filter, you need to replace the group head gasket, which is done with something like a screwdriver to get it out.
Try this open the steam wand and leave on when turning the machine on, when valve stats hissing with steam close. If that works then the vent valve needs to be replaced, If it blows out hot steam from valve then the pressure stat is not operating properly.
Depending on the model behind the front panel just above the right steam valve, there will be a little toggle switch labeled On and off. Turn that to On then hold down the program button until all lights are lit press button you want to program when you get the desired volume press stop button, light on programed button will go out. When done move switch back to Off.
Hello, I have worked on many bunn and other make ice tea makers but am not too familiar with this one, but as is common to all there should be 2 timers, one for the hot one for the cold. They are normally located under the top panel or inside the front panel. for 3 gallons you should be brewing 64oz of hot water through the 1oz tea bags (3-4) depending on taste as a rule of thumb. Please feel free to comment again if you have any other questions. Good Luck! Mike
Hold down the stop button and the continuous run button. lights will blink indicating program mode. Push one of the buttons that you are trying to program, when the desired quantity is reached press stop button. When all buttons are programed hit stop button again.
Hi
Open the front door. Remove the driptray. On the left back side of the brew group, there is a single screw. Remove the screw. Grab the handle and pull carefully, but firmly. The brew group should come out. There is a piece that remains in the machine. Slide the piece down and to the right and it will come off. Insert the piece into the hole on the backside of the brew group with the clip up. Tighten the screw and move brew group back into position. If your brew group did not come out call a service center.
To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. Push the "Press" button and the shark fin moves up and down. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between. these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not just push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First
you must close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and insert the brew group.
Done
