Our tv comes on but has NOTHING on the screen, it

Are you seeing anything onscreen apart from the grey screen?, also check all cords are securely in sometimes they move just enough not to show picture

Make sure the tv is in the correct input, as in, hdmi 1 or 2. I think the set up process requires you to use the pad first.

Check to make sure you have the right input selected for the input that ou have plugged into.

needs a new touch screen

press menu if nothing shows up the prob is in the tv its self you done nothing to it

after connecting your external display, hold the fn button and press the f7 button (f7 on most, if F7 doesnt work, just press each of the function buttons)

you need to change the boot sequence to boot from cd try pressing F12 while it is booting up

Have you tried to unplug the system for 5 or more mins? It usaly clears the systems memory...

Does the sound not work either? If it does then the backlight in your lcd screen has went out and your better off buying a new one because it is more than the tv is worth to fix it. Just start running through the imputs with about a 5 second pause between as this tv takes a few seconds to switch imputs and make sure you have cable or something connected to it the imput button is the second one down from the power button on the bottom right side of the tv. But if you dont have sound and it just seems completly dead most likely it probly got hit by lightning and slowly quit. Or maby you need to just buy a power supply if you dont see the green light anymore. Worst case senario your tv just got up and quit or maby it burned it self up from getting to hot. You can get a power supply on ebay for as cheap as 34.99. Hope this helps.

I am sorry, Thats the one manufacturer that I diont have any experience with. although I would quess that its a signal processor that may be at fault being that you cant switch inputs.I would try to resubmitt your request to one of the other experts that may be famillar with that manufacturer.
