I am using samsung ml-2245 when refill the toner it is acccept the toner

Perhaps you'll need to replace its lockout chip. Toner cartridges have a page counter and that needs to be reset after the cartridge has been refilled. Printing won't commence when the lockout chip has not be replaced with a compatible reset chip.

Solution to red light after refill Samsung ML 1540

Samsung printers such as ML 1640,ML 2245 and SCX 4300 have a toner page count embedded in their firmware. This is the reason that once you refill your toner after it has run out,the printer still doesnt print and says toner is exhausted. After you've refilled the cartridge,you'll have to reset the toner count also to zero...to do this,download the firmware here. ML 1640 Ml 2245 and SCX 4300 are not available on Samsung support site. You will need to google it and you may find it in torrents.

run it and it will reset your toner count to 0...you have to do this everytime you refill your toner.
Another solution is to open the backside of ML 1640 and ML 2245,locate the chip 93c66 and short pin numbers 1 and 4 and turn on the printer for a second.It only works in some cases though.

Ml1640keeps on glowing the redlight and docs are not get printed

please dear it is problem your printer toner unite because it has a emage chip in toner it is disavle to print. it is not riffill you change this toner and buy new one original samsung toner then solve your problem

Toner exhausted replace toner in Laser Printer SCX-4300

My laser Printer shows a message and do not prints any document. When i try to print any document. My printer shows a message "Toner Exhausted, Replace Toner". Plz tell me how can i solve my this printer's solution.

ML1640 not working after toner refilling

Download the firmware from here http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=in&CttFileID=2238869&CDCttType=FM&ModelType=N&ModelName=ML-1640&VPath=FM/200904/20090416100856890/ML-1640_V1.01.00.83.exe
run the software and this will reset the page count to 0. Samsung printers generally do not support a refilled cartridge and thus the red light.But resetting the page count to 0 makes the printer detect the cartridge as an intoductory one.

Dis is quite common problem..don't panic..
did u change / replace the cartridge with original spare or refilled it??
this kind of problem often follows with an unbranded cartridge change and or refilling..!!
least chance of the defective cartridge itself causing such problem..!!
however always try to use genuine refill packs/toner..
..contact ur system admin/vendor....
