I accidently sat on remote for centrex t.v now all i have is a blue screen and a red padlock sign, how do i unlock

This is probably from the STB what make, model is it? What model is the TV?

Download the user manual to your Logik TV from net. It will have all details about the unlock procedure.

The Red Lock indicates that it has been Child Locked, this could be done by accidently pressing child lock. On your remote control there is a MUSIC button, to turn off the red child lock PUSH & HOLD the button. The red lock does not go off with a qucik push. You need to Push & Hold The music button for about 10 secounds.

to unlock the parental control on a Telefunken TV that has a blue screen and a red padlock on the top left hand side, hold down the display button on the remote for 10 seconds and it works

I found the solution online - you have to press the rectangle button for at least 4 to 5 seconds that is at the bottom right of the remote that has a + sign on it, like magic the padlock disappeared and I had a picture again.

Try holding down the + symbol on bottom right hand side of controller for more than 4 secs

It sounds to me like a child lock function, which is usually what the screen + padlock is on TVs. Usually your original remote would have a button / sequence to unlock the mode. If you still have your original remote, look for a child lock button or refer to your remote manual (and/or TV manual for the child lock feature) to unlock the mode.
