After replacing the lamp for about 1.5 weeks now, there is a blue light on top of the screen. This is even when the computer is shut down. I replaced two lamps for the same model, PT-LB30, and one has this problem.
The filters were also changed or dust blew out.
Why is there a blue light?
Thanks.

With power available at the projector and the lamp off (projector off) - hold the input button on and press the power button on and hold for 5 secs. This will reset the lamp timer to zero.
I wish they could have stuck this in the operators manual.
