I have a Sony DSC-S650 Cyber Shot and I can't downlaod my pictures on our new LapTop, which runs Windows Vista Premium. I've downloaded the camera onto the LapTop and when I go to get my pics it says there are no pics on this device. I do download from old computer, then transfer on my memory stick, but it's such a hassle. What can be done to rectify the problem?

3. fix it by youself.

Power up camera, press Menu >> Initialize >> OK
Provide date and time upon rebooting camera.
This will solve your problem.
