Have you tried to download the drivers yourself from the internet by searching for them.

Unfortunately there are no drivers supporting this card for a windows XP platform:

That being said, you could try a generic wireless B PCMCIA carbus driver and see if that works. If not, buy a different adapter!

As a side note, Redhat AS is not really a great choice for beginners to linux, you may find Ubuntu or another new user orientated Distribution, makes a better attempt at hardware detection.

It looks like my favorite site of all time has it. Check out http://www.driverguide.com - you do have to setup a membership to download, but it's an invaluable site.

It is available at http://www.driverguide.com they do require a signup to download, but it's free and spamless, I've been using it for years with great success.
