Press function repeatedly until the clock appears in the display. Then use the left and right arrows to select hours or minutes. As you select the segment of the clock the selected segment will blink. Then press the up or down arrow to change the setting accordingly. If you changed the rear DIN cable to AUX with an adapter, you may need to turn the AUX/Changer feature on. Pioneer is not a brand I sell, but I am pretty sure you just go through the menu to turn it on. If you can't find the option in the main menu, try turning the deck off, and accessing the menu there.
This is the 2800MP direct from Pioneer. If your unit is a 2700mp, was it purchased outside the US? This is the closest listing on Pioneer USA's site. Hope this helps.
black = ground red = switched battery power yellow = constant batery power (for clock...etc) orange = illumination blue = amplifier turn on or accessory (electric antenna, amps etc)
You would need a special adapter that connects to the speaker wires of the Pioneer DEH-2000MP and converts them to line level RCA ports. Something like the image below and available from here or most car stereo stores.
