Go to this website, then click quick start, then click pair h700 with your phone and then it will give you steps to take to pair it. If i helped please leave me a rating.
it is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number, have you tried that? Otherwise, a Verizon store tech should be able to reset it for you at no charge.
open boom on ear piece turn on bluetooth on phone and go to paired devices hold button on ear piece till lite turns purple under paired devices click connect 0000 is the pass key should work
The problem you are having with your H700 is not the passkey. "0000" is correct. The problem is the pairing process. I just paired mine after reading this with my blackberry curve.
1. Close the H700.
2. Hold the big button down until you see a lavender light.
3. Open the H700 while still holding the button down.
4. At this point it is ready to be paired. If the light changes color, the H700 has timed out waiting to be paired and you will have to do steps 1 thru 3 again.
5. With the lavender light on the H700 go through the pairing procedure on the blackberry.
4 zeros is the pass key. try powering off and on your phone and headset put your headset in pair mode by holding down on the power button until the blue light stays on.
In order to pair with this device you must follow these steps:
1. Close the mike on the H700
2. Hold the center call button on the H700 until the ring in the center turns violet.
3. Open the mike on the H700
4. Have your phone search for bluetooth devices
and follow the propmts
5. If your phone requests a passkey, enter 0000 This is the default for all Motorola devices
Hope this helps.
