You need a print server which you connect the printer to.
Then the print server is then connected to the wireless router with a LAN cable.
The print server needs to be configured with an IP address that is in the same address range as your wireless router's DHCP settings.
The laptop needs the Lexmark print driver installed and then the computer's printer port needs to be changed from the USB port to a standard TCP/IP port with an IP address that is the same as the IP address that was set in the print server.
When you print, the data will go wireless to the router and then via the LAN cables to the print server's IP adress then to the printer.
You can't set it up wirelessly, persay. but you can use a special bluetooth adapter in the "pic bridge" slot on the front. I have seen them on e-bay from £5($8) to £12($17) or so.
Can you print wirelessly with out usb cable or what are you trying to say, usb cable can not be plug into router it is only rj45 that can be plug to router and switch so i don't get you question well
