Do I need Microsoft Windows Live Messanger? If

Do I need Microsoft Windows Live Messanger? If not, what is easy way to remove? I only want an easy way to get and send messages. I used to get mail using MSN Mail, now all I can get are email through MSN Live Messenger. Can you help?

To uninstall Windows Live Messenger, click START, then Run if using Windows XP [operating system] then [type/copy] the following and press Enter: [it works 100%] msiexec /x {0AAA9C97-74D4-47CE-B089-0B147EF3553C} also run reginout registry clenaer You will notice that the Windows Live will be removed from your "Start" > "All Programs" list.

My contacts are showing as being offline even when they are online

try and remove your contacts and then readd them and see if that fixes your problem or you could try and up date your windows live messanger.

My windows live messanger signs in for at least 6 seconds before it closes completely ... theres no error or anything it just closes before i can chat with anyone or anything its really annyoin ive...

WINDOWS LIVE MESSANGER PROBLEM

redownloading the software can help. If the problem persists it could be to do with your internet. Check your router settings and maybe assign windows live messenger a port and allow access through it.
