The caller hears 7 rings before the Tundra rings with their call We have missed calls on the Tundra because the caller assumes we are not available. When calling the Tundra, the caller hears 4 rings... then hears a "switch" in the rings... it rings 3 or 4 more times before the Tundra receives the call. This is on the AT&T wireless service. Not sure if the Tundra is available from other wireless service providers.

The tundra needs to have a software upgrade. This upgrade is done through calling 611 and needs to have a software update sent to the phone. If you have any questions email me at [email protected]

Incoming call is delayed from ringing 7-15 seconds

First you will have to explain what transmission network is being used, maybe the delay could be on that. What cards are you using to provides the voice circuits?

Is this an IP Office?
This is how it works. For some reason the IP Office waits for teh first 2 rings to get caller ID, and then lets the call ring in.

We have 3 phones in the house. I want caller ID on each of them. Called AT&T and caller ID appears on only one phone - UNIDEN in the kitchen. Phone on same floor AT&T in living room and AT&T...

unplug the one that gets caller ID and one more. Do you get caller ID on the remaining phone?
Caller ID is sent between the first and second ring, as well as the second and third ring. It may be that the other phones require that 2nd Caller ID signal and you've answered it elsewhere.

I am assuming that the other phones have a display and are Caller ID capable phones.
Can you post the model numbers of the phones that don't get Caller ID? We can then try to locate a user guide for them.

Sincerely,
Mark

Can not hear callers and caller can not hear me I hear ring tone I can txt my alarm works just no phone calls

Hi, You will need to replace the earpiece and the mouthpiece.

The earpiece makes you to hear callers when they call, and the mouthpiece allows the callers to hear you when you call.

When you replace the mouthpiece and earpiece, the phone will be normal again.

Take care.

Program "Do not disturb" on business phone

It's pretty straightforward. You pick a spare button, dial FEAT 00 press the blank button (with a light) and press FEAT 01. There are considerations that I'll reproduce here.

Do Not Disturb (F01) 8
Use this feature to be able to press a programmed button to prevent incoming calls for the
extension from ringing (lights still flash). When Do Not Disturb is on, outside callers hear ringing
while inside callers hear a busy signal. You should use Do Not Disturb only if someone answers
outside calls for your extension when you do not answer them.
Considerations 8
Do Not Disturb is available only on system telephones.
Do Not Disturb requires a button with lights. When the Do Not Disturb feature is on, the light
is also on, indicating that the telephone will not ring.
■ Use Do Not Disturb when you do not want the auto attendant or the voice messaging system
to transfer calls to you.
■ Use Do Not Disturb if you are assigned to a Hunt Group and you leave your desk, so calls to
the Hunt Group will skip your extension and ring immediately at the next available extension
in the group.
■ To avoid missing calls when Do Not Disturb is not needed, turn it off.
■ If Do Not Disturb is active at a doorphone alert extension, the person at the doorphone hears
signaling, but the alert extension is not signaled.
■ Unanswered calls that are transferred from an extension with Do Not Disturb active ring at
that extension if they transfer return.
■ Extensions with Do Not Disturb activated do not receive Caller ID information, unless the call
is answered.
■ Users with Automatic VMS Cover Assigned or with VMS Cover turned on can activate Do
Not Disturb
to Send All Calls immediately to their voice mailbox.
■ Users with Call Coverage turned on can activate Do Not Disturb to Send All Calls
immediately to the covering extension.
■ You cannot use Call Screening (F25) when Do Not Disturb is turned on.

I can't hear the caller but the caller can hear me!

just need a new earpiece speaker or it simply needs to be adjusted into place. If there is no repair shop around you or you do not want to mess with it, then just buy a $20 bluetooth headset to bypass the whole earpiece.

Ringer delay

try copying your ringtones onto your phone instead of having them linked as ringtones from your memory card.

Missing calls

Hi,

I had this problem once and on my phone I would get one ring and then it would stop. Checking the phone I saw I missed a call. I live in the mountains of Puerto Rico and I believe what is happen is the network plays the rings for the caller but the phone isn't doesn't get the signal or start ringing until 3 or 4 rings later. In other words the caller has already heard 4 or 5 rings and has given up. While you have heard only one ring and when you got to the phone you already missed the call. I told my friends to let it rings more then 5 times before giving up and that worked.
