I've connected my Router to switch and through switch i connected two wireless Netgear N150 router where my router is gateway. My Problem is I can ping from Laptop to Router gateway but unable to ping from...

The two wireless routers THINK they are directly connected to the Internet and they prevent the WAN side ports from being pinged so hackers can't find out you have a device on the Internet. The devices will let you to the Internet without any problems, why do you need to ping from the router to the WiFi routers anyway. all of that is your internal network....
One thing that might fix this is if you can put the WiFi routers in BRIDGE mode. Some routers will let you do that, some won't. Don't put the router that is facing the internet into bridge mode. hackers will be able to see your whole network.

How do I access the setup page of this bridge?

wire the bridge into the #1, 2, 3 or 4 port of your router. access the setup page of your router and go to the DHCP client table. Take note of the ip of the bridge.

type the ip address of the bridge in the address bar of your internet browser. then you'll be asked for a username & password for your bridge. ( default UN: & PW: admin ).

hope this helps.

Cannot get in to my Engenius 3220 with 192.168.1.10

Attach the 3220 directly to your computer with an ethernet cable (through the POE box, of course). Allow it 60 seconds to start up. Make sure the address of your computer is 192.168.1.something. Ping 192.168.1.10. If it answers, browse to 192.168.1.10 and it should let you in, or ask you for a name and password, however you have it set up. If the ping fails, 192.168.1.10 is not the address assigned to your bridge, and you may have to perform a factory reset on the unit using these instructions:
http://engeniustech.com/datacom/support/general-details.aspx?id=65
If the ping and browse succeed, then make sure that 192.168.1.10 is not within the DHCP range of your Netgear router to avoid it giving out the same address to some other device. I assume that 192.168.1.x is in the LAN range of your router -- if not, that's your problem.

Two way routing.

You will always have a problem because the subnet is different. Your solution lies at the Server Level if you have two different servers one must become the 2BDC, other wise you will need more hardware to setup a bridge contact D-Link as to the equipment you will need.
