Flash can get corrupted sometimes. Do an uninstall from add and remove programs and then go to the download link below and install the new version from scratch. That should fix it.
Make sure you un-check the additional offer box in the middle on the downloads page and during installation look for a similar offer and un-check it.

This can be done under administrator account only. If new message say you can't uninstall because program is in use, please open Task Manager and End Flash Player task then keep doing the uninstallation. Hope this will help. Thanks for reading.
You can try this "Make older programs run in this version of Windows" using the "Program Compatibility troubleshooter" in Win 7 -> LINK If it does not work, then you need a newer version 8.
It seems that more and more programs are cutting support for Panther (OS X 10.3). I would try to download Firefox and see if the website works. Firefox 3 isn't compatible with Panther, so you need to get Firefox 2 at:
Select your favorite language and click the middle column for OS X. After you install Firefox, see if the website works. Hopefully Firefox will acquire the version of Flash that it needs.
Open your Control Panel (from the Start menu), open Add or Remove Programs and look for the listing Adobe Flash Player.
If it isn't present, or is listing a player older than version 9, your download probably didn't install.
If it is listed, I would remove it form the list and repeat your download, preferably from Adobe's site to ensure you get the most recent version.
