1. Turn the printer off, wait 10 minutes, and then turn the printer on. 2. If the message persists, reseat the fuser. If that does not work, replace the fuser. To check the fuser, turn the printer off and remove the fuser. Measure the resistance between the fuser connectors. If it is not within the proper range, replace the fuser. If there is not continuity between the fuser connectors neutral and hot with the fuser removed, replace the fuser. If the problem is not related to the fuser, replace the engine controller board.

Canon copier ir 2016 system error E007

i have canon ir2016 photocopier machine and its given me system error, and the error code is E007. i now when its happen so, its the fuser film that is worn out. i change the fuser and fix a new one but still the error is there. what should i do next to clear the error?

When print command given to printer a screen appeared that fix unit error code E000 0000 every time .so give solution

good day sir.this a fuser temp error. These units are notorious for having fuser temp errors when there is dirty or unstable power, especially if the customer is running off a generator. the best way to fix this is to replace or rebuild the fuser assembly. goodluck!

Display shows "system Error E007"

This is a error on the fuser unit (E007 Fixing film rotation error).
The fixing film sensor is faulty. - Check the connector of the fixing film
sensor.
- Replace the fixing film sensor.
- Replace the DC controller PCB.

Normally you must change the fuser to resolve it.

Solution to solve system Error E007 on IR 2016i copy machine

Was the jam in the Fixing/Fuser Assy.? Because a E007 is related to a non-detection of the Fixing Film/Upper Roller not spinning correctly. Please check the condtion of your Film also check the green handle in this area for paper jam removal if it is broken or removed, may also cause this error.
error codad E007 First make sure fuser plastic not damage? Or not move the proper place? if damage fuser plastic Replace by new one if the fuser plastic not damage keep proper place.
fixing fuser film is worn out or broken remove the fixing unit ang check the fuser film if its worn out broken replace a new one .

HAVE CANON IR C6800 WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODE... E000001-00ff

It is a Fuser error code .
Could be a poor connection with the draw connector on fixing feeder unit.
Try shimming all three connectors on the fuser draw side can resolve the issue. Another thing to check is the upper fuser roller for flat spots this can also cause fuser error codes

Error 58.04

This is from the service manual and should help you determine if you need to call in for service. If is in warranty I would anyways since the fuser would be covered if at fault.

58.04 ERROR To continue turn off then on. The low-voltage power supply has experienced an error.
1. Reinstall the fuser. Check the connector
(J1901) between the fuser and product.
Replace the cable or fixing unit if the
connector is damaged.
2. Reconnect the connectors of the fuser
control PCA (J303, J305) and the DC
controller PCA (J107).
3. Replace the fuser. See Fuser
on page 191.

Fuser error

You have a fuser error and you have to replace your fuser.
I would suggest to order your fuser on line from a Xerox dealer.

This error code indicates to the copier that the upper fixing film on the fuser assy is not rotating. Paper wrapped around the fixing film or the film itself is damaged may cause this. Unless you are very mechanically inclined , it will take the removal of the fixing assy and possibly the replacing of the fixing film assy. A tech would need to be called in to correct the problem. The fixing film is a replaceable item. Good luck.
