I keep getting a Sorry message after I try to retrieve my itunes password using www.iforgot.apple.com. What should I do?

Please visit the Apple Support page below to help recover your Apple ID information. They will ask you for your first and last name along with an email address. Keep filling out the form until you get the right email that you used to create your Apple ID.

If you forgot your itunes password you can reset it at iforgot.apple.com. It will ask for your appleID, your appleID is the email that you use with the itunes store.

If you cannot remember your pass code, you will unfortunately have to restore your
iPhone which will wipe everything off the iPhone and restore it back to factory settings.

• The only positive side to this is that your music, video, contacts and calendar settings will still be in tact but you may lose text messages mail and so on.

• One more possibility: if you were able to recently sync your iPhones with iTunes before you forgot your passcode, when you perform a restore, iTunes will put all of the data of your last sync in iTunes (before the passcode issue) back onto your iPhone.

• This is the process which will allow you to regain access to your iPhone.
