software has crashed. take it to a fone shop, they will vcharge u bout 20quid to fix it.

If they are not charging the batteries they will need to be replaced, but just to be sure! take a good working battery and switch out for the bad one and if the phone charges, the batteries are no good and proves the phone is good. Now! since your phones are a few months old you may still have warranty, I would encourage you to go back where they were bought to remedy the problem.

the speaker is damaged due to loud music played... when playing loud sounds more power go to the speaker thus damage it... only solution is to replace the speaker. hope this helps...

just plug it into the computer with the usb it came with so it can charge.

Look for the reset button and it should come back on. I just did and lights came on immediately.
