I've lost the software that came with my MP3 Video Player from The Sharper Image, how can I either get another disk or where exactly can I download the software from?

You don't have any problem. Don't bother about your downloader as long as your computer can recognize your mp3. If you have your mp3 songs on your computer, just copy from your computer and paste on your mp3 and there you go. Goodluck.
unfortunately being that it is a sharper image there is no fix for disk errors. It means the flash memory has become unusable. The only thing you can try to do is.
format the disk and see if it works from there.
These arent really electronics that are able to be fixed on the consumer level nor is it cost effective on this unit. How long have you owned the unit? if it is still under warranty send it back for replacement. If not i would buy a new mp3 player and go with a more name brand company such as Phillips or someone that provides firmware and software that allows disk errors to be fixed on a consumer level.
you have to sure the video are the rignt format

sometimes it is cause boy system or file corruption..and sometimes it is because of viruses..first stry to scan for viruses yor ipod or mp4 player..then if there is no effect try to reformat your memory..if nothing happens again it is still empty disk even you put a new mp3 again you need to format the software of your mp3
DId you download the software i have the same one but the box is at a diffrent place i think you have to download something beacause it works fine with songs though so try that.
