When you replace a power supply for this machine, it needs to be the correct power supply for this model. If you have the old one, check to make sure the right power supply was ordered for this specific model.
Because I cannot see the display, and we only know what it is saying, the next best thing would be to see if the fuser warmed up at all. Open the side door and gently feel the fuser frame to see if it is warm at all. Do not touch the Fuser roll; it is hot even to the slightest touch.
If it is not hot, make sure all the plugs were correctly plugged into the power supply.
On this problem there can be other factors that can cause warming up.
First, the fuser assembly may be defective and needs replacement.
Second the main board may be gone out.
And last if the machine has memory chips in the back, unplug the machine, remove the small cover from the back and unplug the simms chips and reseat them. Plug in the machine, then power it on.
See if the machine will go to a ready.
If not, possibly the fuser, or main board, or both. If the main board or(and) the fuser assembly is replaced,
MAKE SURE THE CORRECT PART IS INSTALLED IN THE MACHINE.

If all else fails, Place a Xerox Service Call on the machine before it gets too expensive in troubleshooting the problem with purchased parts.

LSU error displayed on Xerox M20i

LSU stands for Laser Scanner Unit. It comes up only if you are trying to access scanner services like scanning a document, using fax or simple scanning.

If it's coming continuously you might need to check connectors within the scanner. Best way is to call a technician from Xerox or take it to their store.

Have a Xerox M20i Copier/Scanner/Fax. Display indicates "Scanner Locked" Cannot make copies nor fax out. Please help

If you look under the scan assembly you will see a yellow or green tab which locks the scan head. Try locking and unlocking it a few times then on the final unlock reboot your printer.

LSU Error keeps showing

LSU stands for Laser Scanner Unit. Depending on the model this should come up only if the services used required scanning such as copy, fax sending, scanning.
nevertheless if this is a continuous message you might need to check the connectors within the scanner which I advise an field call.

FAX ERROR MESSAGE

It sounds like the fuser rollers are not at the proper temperature to work.

They should be inspected by a technician.
