you have to install motion eye drivers first . go to www.sony.com SUPPORT, ELECETRONICS, DRIVERS/SOFTWARE, SLECET PRODUCT CATEGORY, COMPUTER-LAPTOP, slecet your modeland from there youc an download the driver for the webcam. You may alos have to refer to your manual to obtain information on how to operate your built-in webcam.

Look for the latest driver for your webcam for vista 32 bit. Which OS did you have before?

you might need to download the driver software again which you can do so by visiting the Sony official website and searching for your laptop model.

You can use the Motion Eye Camera using the "WebCam Companion 2" Software installed in the Computer. To locate the Application, please click "Start", "All Programs", ArcSoft WebCam Companion 2" and "WebCam Companion 2".

If the Camera is not working with the WebCam Companion 2 Software, you may need to re-install the Camera Applications and the Drivers in the Computer to fix the issue.
