Check your water filter (change it) or a water valve in the back of the fridge. make sure it has power on it when the water lever is pushed. if there is power there then most likely its the valve.

Water tube is frozen inside the door. Bad design. I use boiling water, a small plastic flexible tube and appropriate plastic syringe to force very hot water into the tube pushing the small tube into the dispenser tube. At some point it will stop because of the Ice blockage, more hot water through the small tube will soon unblock the line. A retrofit "heater" was available at appliance parts stores. I installed one. It stopped working and I haven't bothered with another. The Ice supply line is separate from the water dispenser and Y's somewhere to get water into the hinge for the door access to the Water dispenser in the door. Hope this helps.
It is possible the water line inside the refer is frozen, you will be able to see a resevoire or loop behind the bottom drawers that is where it could be frozen
sounds like the paddle you push to dispense the ice and water is sticking,if there's a rubber pad there try moving it to see if it frees it up,if not it looks like you have to replace the whole part 242100018 go here to see it

Unfortunately, the housing that the water filter fits into is also the housing for the solenoid controlled water valve, and that is the most likely failure item.
its possible that your water tank has frozen up, try turning the refrig off and leave the doors open for about 10-15 mins and try it again. if that works just reset temp controls a little lower..
Some models need the filter inplace to pass water. First check it again with a new filter in just to be sure the filter isn't clogged. Next... do you hear any click or such noise from the rear of the unit when you push the water dispenser? The solenoid valves may be bad. Also check the valves at the back of the frige to see if the filter screen isn't clogged blocking water from getting into the frige all together. Let us know what you find and post again.
