laser scanner assy is what puts image on on to drum,which prints out on paper.ther fuser is where toner fuses to paper.

The part is probably one of the envelope levers. This is part of the Fusing unit which comes as a complete assembly. Individual parts are not normally available separately.

The parts you need for the 1600n are from Dell.
Part# N5796 - Fuser
Part# M5512 - ADF pickup arm roller

if the paper comes out and you get still this message, then probably you have a wrong paper format or fusing unit solenoid is stuck.

The fuser is not getting hot enough, check the menu settings
