Enable both wireless units (Bluetooth & Wireless LAN) in BIOS settings. If bluetooth doesn't work for an Acer supplied driver refer to DriverMax online drivers. It could rectify the problem.

If they're bluetooth, you need to make sure that the bluetooth is switched on in the tablet & the headphones
Use the bluetooth section in the tablet to search for the headphones
