How do I eject cassettes from a Sharp RT-W800 dual cassette deck?

It should work with a second press of that button, after the stop is pressed. If it doesn't there must be something wrong with the mechanism that removes the tapes.

Pinch roller stuck in "up" position, eject button won't open door

The very first mistake is to pry a door open. That damages them. You are never to do that. The correct way to get a tape out is to open the unit up and find out why the tape is stuck and then take action to release the door in the normal way- usually it is a loose belt or defective cam motor. As to the Pinch roller there are slide plates and even some pinch rollers had lubrication on them so that may have dried leaving you with a stuck part. The normal order of business is the find out what is stuck and then take action to clean and lubricate the mechanism to return to normal function. The problem with some Pinch Rollers is that there may be a particular spot it needs to be set at. This is true if it has a guide fitted to it. Then you will need either a jig or mirror tape to be able to set it correct again. I can not give any further advice without seeing the unit but this should get you started.

Sony mhc-2600 tape stuck

The tape has spewed out in the mechanical section preventing the door from opening, some outer doors can be removed by too thumb screws sliding up and out, others are held in by plastic clips, the door may have to be pried open to get the outer door off to remove the tape.

Sony TC WR565 dual tape deck. Both doors will not

you can not fix it without tearing it apart. if you do take it apart, try to get the front panel off. Hit the eject button and look for a lever that is stuck.

Tape deck is stuck

push the eject button at the same time get a nail file and insert it in the tape slot
on the right hand side of the deck
it may take three hands one to push eject one to push the eject mechanism inside the radio behind the tape
and one to help remove the tape
if that doesnt work....dont try forcing anything as the stereo WILL break..... take the stereo out of the car, so it is not connected to the electrics, then either, gently take it apart with a screwdriver

I would suspect the belts, look for any small motors and missing belts. You may be able to manualy turn a wheel or gear till it ejects.
if your not comfortable doing this urself with the above said porcedures... its better to take it to the dealer...

Can't eject tape from deck

On Sony DSR-80P error 02-221 and 02-291 is a problem with the tape pull-in or eject. Mostly the tape stickers are bad situated over the stripe-cover at the top, which should be moving freely!
Remove the stickers from the tape or put them lower on the case. If the tape is already inside the machine is unable to reject the tape - disconnect the machine from electricity to open it or call service...

greetings from berlin, matt.

My handycam sony steady shot , the tape deck will not open

Try using the battery charger while attempting to eject it. The battery, although you may not know it, probably cannot supply the power needed to open the tape deck. If it makes a little Ding sound when you press the eject button, that means it is trying to eject the tape. Hope this helps!
