I just bought a second hand samson gb 9001 juicer and it has no instruction manual where do I get one

The higher the pressure the harder the machine squeezes and the dryer the pulp. Leafy Greens and wheatgrass can use Setting "3". Carrots, beets and hard items are best on setting "2"

You simply use the Juicing Screen and Juicing Nozzle. The nozzle can be set to "3" for good dry pulp

I bought the juicer at a second-hand store in brand new condition however the crescent tool was missing. To remove the flat blade for cleaning, I use a pair of scissors spread far enough to fit the ends in both holes. Hold the basket still while turning the scissors counter-clockwise untill the flat blade detaches. Easy as that! I ordered the tool, but it hasn't arrived yet. Hope this helps!

Look toward the bottom of this page to see the names of the pieces. You're probably referring to a nozzle and the drum cap.
