Take the camera out of macro mode. There's a slide switch on the end of the camera, near the USB socket. Slide it from the flower to the mountain.

You would have to install a microphone in the camera, then add the circuitry to record audio along with the video :-)
You could add sound to the video on the computer, but not in the camera.
