clear any jammed paper then push ok if you cannot find any jammed paper then pull the plug wait 10 seconds and plug it back in

1. Look for any switch or guide that may be bent or out of place. This could have been damaged when a jam was removed.
2. Look for any small piece of paper or staple that may have lodged in the paper path somewhere.
3. There may be some form of error clear code that would need to be entered. It would be something like "holding down the print key and powering on the printer at the same time" The manual may tell you. There are different combos for different manufacturers.

Hello! I have solved your problem! The first thing you need to do is extend the back paper holder all the way up. This should uncover a long rectangular hole. There is a plastic piece with 2 arrows pointing to the right on it (if you are looking at the back straight on). Simply push them to the Right and it will pop up on the Left side. You can now lift that piece out and VOILA there is your misfed paper! Just reinsert the rectangular piece back in after you have taken the misfed paper out! -Gary Maples

Turn the printer off, push anything mechanical that you move, push with reasonable force. It could be a mechanical jam rather than paper.
