Inland 601781 wireless keyboard (2.4 GHZ) stopped working. Batteries are OK. Wireless mouse works, so keyboard is suspect. I tried using different USB port and changing batteries. Is this a known problem with simple fix? Thanks.

DId you receive any drivers to use with the keyboard?
If you did, try reinstalling them. If you dont have them, search google for the model of the keyboard you have, and try to download them and install them.
If it doesnt work, the best thing to do is to call the customer service from where you bought your keyboard.
They just stop working sometimes for no reason. If you still have warranty, they probably will give you a new keyboard.
Check with fresh batteries.. Did you sync the mouse with transciever? Push tiny button on transceiver, (maybe hold for few seconds) light flashes quickly.. then push tiny button under the mouse, light stops flashing. Try few times, maybe otherway round. If still not work consider defective.
find the drivers and instructions for inland wireless keyboard and mouse here: http://www.inlandus.com/driverdl.php? type the product number 70120 and click search. Download zips and follow instructions.
Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the
Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the
keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try
pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button
on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to
the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button
and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you
change batteries or glitch. Hope this
