Did you DROP the BTslbc3 from your old phone? If not, it may not pair with the new one. That is just a suggestion you may want to try. It may not pair with the new if it is still paried to the old. Hope this helps.

Do you have the Supertooth 3, Supertooth Light, S1 or S2?

It would say on the back of the unit, look for supertooth.

Or go to www.myblueant.com and search for the product specifically.

Bluetooth BTSLBC3 antenna

Unscrew the back, inside the back cover there is a tiny black latch, about 1/2" wide. it comes unglued from the plastic guide it is in, that is why your antenna will not lock. You can carefully glue it back in with some superglue, or a piece of tape will hold it in very well too. Worked fine for me.

By now, you should be connected to your device. Always remember to close the microphone before you leave the car.
Otherwise, it will slowly drain the battery. If you want to reconnect, just simply open the microphone.

Make sure you turn off your phone once every 2 weeks to reset the phone memory. This will help give a better
performance and clearer sound.
