Check and replace the CRT base connecting socket. If it is faulty, focus to the picture will be effected, resulting out of focus picture.

I would think then, that it has to be the switch, or a broken wire or lose or dirty ground. Turn the lights on and chase the wires backwards with a test light until you find power.

It sounds that the LOT {Line Output Transformer] to your TV has damaged. Contact any experienced service technician to get it repaired.

The problem might be the Convergence circuit went bad, generally there are 2 chips (part# starts with STK392 - something) that will need to be replaced, it involves de-soldering and soldering some tried doing themselves and made it worst. A local TV shop may charge from $300 to $475 depends on the labor service call and parts.

The camera is affected by the CCD issue and it has a recall where you can get repaired for $20(shipping charges) instead of $161. Attached is the link of CCD issue.

If it's been like that since Day 1, I'd guess either an improperly assembled lens, or a misaligned CCD in the body. Hopefully it's a warranty fix. If it has recently started, it may be due to impact to lens or body. Fingers crossed for the warranty situation.

Sounds like the tubes might be shot, would try doing a focus and convergence before calling it the tubes.
