Craftman Chainsaw do not run

This is Craftman chainsaw 18 inches, Model#358.350370, had open choke, no high or low choke, did not use for 2 months.

At the beginning, did it run about 10 second then stop with starting fluid, check filter's line broken so replace all including gas filter(new).

Now, it wont run, pull out air filter wet(dripping a lot), is it normal? as after pushing the prime about tree times(the prime full gas when push), Spark plug is also wet. Did try starting fluid again no luck.

Check spark plug(good) had spark against the engine body.

I need help as dont know what's to do next. Thank you very much in advance.
