Id like to know if there are anyhop up tips on 1400 like to increace performance

1400 feet is almost no height a all. You are correct about vehicle engines needing some small adjustments to the amount of fuel entering the engine at high altitude but hardly any correction is needed at 1400 feet - now if it was 1400 metres it would be reasonable to blame altitude as a factor in your car's lack of uphill performance.

My instinct is to suggest there is a problem with your car. 40,000 miles is no guarantee of no problems, it is after all 20 years old so the injector spray patterns could be bad or the catalytic converter could be half blocked, either of which can have a dramatic effect on performance...

all that screw does is limit freeplay in the foot shifter. best left to someone with access to a factory service manual

When you say keeps overheating ,I personally would
stop using it within 20 min max & not use until resolved,
even if it meant having it towed home

That said, I suspect & you do as well, that you ruined any
hope of any simple repair

Their is a product called a Combustion Leak Tester
that you put over the radiator or coolant cap.
It have blue fluid & turns yellow if combustion gases are present

That is something a repair shop would buy,not a one time
check by yourself

Then the old pressure test, may ,but not likely so something

Black is who knows what,but not good for sure

Your radiator most likely will have to be replaced vs: cleaned

My Lamar 1400 says" L 14 scheduled maintenance" and will not run.

Brand new men's cost around $1200 - $1500, ladies - $1000 - $1400, depending on materials used. Hard to say about used ones, as it depends on the wear and tear, overall look and performance. Rate me, plz.

try pressing the f button next to the LCD then going to the second option down -that is where you can change your ISO -and either increace your ISO when there is less light, or set your ISO on auto, and have the rest of the camera on auto too

Try to increace volume over the phone settings itself. If its already max, then just replace the mic and that's it.
