You have a FNC key on your keyboard. Since it is a laptop, your keyboard can not have all the keys that a normal keyboard has. This is handled by making some keys perform two or more functions. Thus, the alternate key use if the blue keys (function key is depressed). You will pribably find that there is a light labeled as FNC where you see your caps lock, num lock etc.. it sounds to me that you have your keyboard in alternate function mode so that the keys are performing the alternate functions (probably the numeric keys if it is a normal configuration..).
Thanks!

How do I change the blue keys to white keys on my laptop?

I'm not sure what do you mean. I believe the keyboard has some keys with FUNCION in blue but makes me not much sense to reprogram your keyboard removing them
In start search bar write "mobility" and look in search results for "Windows mobility center". A window will open. Find Function key and select "Function Key" instead of "multimedia"(or any thing else). To get a good accurate answer give the brand, model number, installed operating system of the laptop when asking a question as all PC's are not the same.

I have a Honeywell RCT8100A and the wires comming out of the wall are Red White Yellow and Blue

The wiring is correct. Usually the thermostat is set to oil instead of gas when I run into this problem, if it is just the thermostat. The switch would be located on the back. If not, feel free to write me back and let me know so I can help you further.

My fn key wont work on toshiba sattelite pro

FN (Function Key) that is usually located near the bottom left on the keyboard is not a key that you press by itself to do anything. The FN key works in combination with the (F1 thru F12) and any other key that has the same symbol or color as the FN Key. You have to Press and HOLD the FN key while pressing another key.

If the FN key is Blue and for example your F8 key has a (white F8 on it and a Blue battery icon on it) then to see your battery metor (how much charge it has left) you would Press the FN and hold it then press the F8 key. The F8 that is white does not require you to press the Blue FN.

Sometimes the FN key might have a white square on it, then the keys that work with the FN key will also have a symbol with a white square around it.

Win xp star up and blue screen apears then automaticaly restarted and do the same thing again?

A blue screen can be triggered by several issues with the operating system, or a hardware driver problem, or other issues.

When it reboots start tapping the F8 key in the top row of keys and keep tapping it until you get to a black screen with white writing on it. Look for the option to "Disable automatic restart on system failure" by using your up or down arrow key.

Once highlighted hit your Enter key and when it stops it should give you blue screen with white writing on it. This will have an explanation of why it stopped and gave you the error.

That information will be helpful to further assist you. Write it all down and then post it back using the option to "add a comment".

On my keyboard I have white and blue letters. When I type, the blue letters come up instead of the white ones that I want. To get the white letters, I have to press the blue Fn key. How do I reset the...

Sounds like you're stuck in number lock.
Press Fn and F11 at the same time. That's function and F11.
I'm pretty sure that'll do the trick, as long as the blue portion of the F11 key reads "NmLk" or something like that.
If this doesn't work, let me know and we'll try something else.

Sorry to tell you but you are describing exactly what an LCD looks like when it has been fractured. Does it work with an external monitor? If so you will need to have it repaired.
