Open your TV/s back cover. Pull out the printed circuit board. Place it at a convenient position. Locate the vertical output section. Locate the vertical output IC. Desolder it out from the board. Replace a good one in place. Solder all its solder terminals. That is all.
The problem is with your power supply. There should be a big round transister on the power supply this is the power transister. It will be mounted to the power supply case. Replace this transister and try to operaste your radio again. Make sure that the power supply you use is at leat 7 amps or the radio will not operate properly and you will possibly blow the transister again.
Sir 1- Use heavy ampier transister for hor output
2-measure h output transister base and emitter resestance value it is nearabout 15to33 ohms, you can use.
3-check lot by replacement

On your CRT back PCB thers three transistor on for red green and blue its possible that your blue transister is faulty. Try moving your cable see if the colour changes it can also be a faulty 15pin plug
Have a nice day
Rarely picture tube also shows the same symptom. High pitch sound is due to through deflection area LOT power supply is loaded. Compulsary horizontal output transister short. From your statement i think Lot puncture takes place. Change LOT and horizontal output transister and check tv is now working.
