This sounds like convergence output IC problem. convergence board would have to be removed - remove and replace 2 STK IC's and check the surrounding resistors. Shops usually charge between $200-$400 Be sure to vote/rate me if this helped Thanks!

Note:The convergence/defletion/power board (the one the IC's are on) of this model is on the left hand side (when facing the back of set) also check for blown pico fuses when replacing the convergence IC's The best way to replace the IC's resistors and possibly fuses is to remove the entire board.
Since Flash focus won't work there is definetly a problem with the convergence circuit and the fault is so common that the IC's will have to be changed. As I said usually a fuse is blown in the convergence circuit but to replace the fuse you have to remove the board and likely if you just replace the fuse it will blow again. Once the board is out it's best to replace the IC's and check the fuses and resistors. Review the link I supplied and repost if you need futher assistance if you do the job youreself.
