Hi my name is wendy i am having broblems with my dvd burner i have put in to different burners of 22times and to different nero programs and it will not burn any faster than 2.12 times takes me 2 hours to burn a disk as a girlfriend has same burner and programe and takes her 15 minutes its not the burner its new as is nero what could it be

you want a program for a cd or dvd burner??? try to download NERO BURNER or CDXPBurner....just go to GOOGLE and type "NERO or CDBURNER free download...yes it's free so start downloading now... :p

know for the burner idont know whats condition he is "brand new , or you bought it like before ayear,..."
but i think you need to install new version of Nero burning program and if there is an older version you must uninstall it and i think it will work.

Not knowing what OS you're running or what version of Nero you have, I'll make a few assumptions. If you're running Vista with Nero 7, Nero doesn't always "play nice" with Vista. It's a memory hog (all video editing programs are) but it tends to hang up a lot and for some reason, runs worse in Vista than in XP. (just my observation)

I've had to re-install Nero twice due to similar problems. (lack of drive recognition, burns ab-ending etc) . You've probably already uninstalled/reinstalled the burner so I would uninstall Nero and reinstall it. Best of luck and please post back with any questions.

You need to download the program from your computer models web site.Your dvd drive program is corrupt.

well relax there is no probleme with your dvd burner drive

1 Remove nero from your computer
2 Instal ashampoo burning studio
3 Burn anything you want
4 Dont forget to rate this ;)
5 Have a nice day

have you tried reinstalling nero to see if that sorts it out

man uninstall the nero just put another version of nero or some other dvd burners
if you r using winvista try to copy files directly without uninstalling nero it might work

Why Don,t you try installing Another CD Burning Program. Neros Not The Only One.
Try Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator, Or Look On The Internet For Burner Software For Download.

try to reinstall windows. its not your optical drive. also after reinstalling windows, download another burning sw. then see if it burns ok.

This problem sounds to lie in the software. May I suggest trying a different burning program. Also you may want to search NERO's documentation on this issue.
