Question about SanDisk Audio Players & Recorders
Depending on what kind of OS you are running you may be able to reinstall the software that came with your Sansa. The problem of not reading your mp3 may be that it is plugged in to the same USB port over and over again, try different ports. If that doesn't work try downloading Rhapsody, i use it for my mp3 players and it works great.
