Cant install disc into computer. i have a windows vista and it says it only takes windows 98 se/me/200o/xp. please help me get my sons mp3 player working!! i have tried everything . thank you!!!
Hey man you do not have to install the disk on your comp. The music files should be in your Windows Media player. All you have to do is sync the files you want from your Windows Media Player onto your MP3 player. To do this open your Windows Media Player, then plug in the MP3 player. After you do this it should automatically make a sync bar to the Right hand side of the Windows Media Player. Then all you gotta do is drag and drop, then hit the sync button when you have all the files you want in the sync bar. I just did this with my MP3 player that way and i am running Windows Vista also.

If you plug in the mp3 player then goto device manger via the control panel (hardware and sound) it will show up there as an uninstalled item. Righ click on it and select update driver and hopefully vista will search and find the apropiate driver for it.
Alternatively try the manufactures website for vista drivers.
Unfortunately not all hardware products are vista compatable yet :(
